Management
Governed by a management contract, we run the hotel in the name of the owners and take on responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel.

Governed by a franchise contract, we provide the owners with the Maritim brand, offer advice and support in the areas of operations, marketing and sales and provide professional staff training.
Development of new projects
As well as taking on existing hotel projects, we also offer technical assistance in all development phases of new hotel projects.

Once the operational phase starts, HMS provides operational support for the international locations.
